Chris Schroyer and the barber team want to thank you for all your support over the last six years! We are sad to announce that Chris is moving on from Hangtown Barbershop. While we will miss him dearly, we’re thrilled for his next chapter and wish him all the best in the South!

I am truly honored that Chris trusted me with the Hangtown name. My commitment is to uphold the values he built and continue providing you with exceptional haircuts and professional service.

Important Shop Announcement:

Hangtown Barbershop will be temporarily closing from October 1st through May 1st.

During this period, I will be attending the London School of Barbering to expand my technique, mastering modern styles to pair with our classic barbershop offerings. At the same time, Hangtown will be getting a bit of a facelift—creating a fresh, creative environment while preserving that timeless barbershop feel you know and love.

While closing temporarily is a big step, it is an investment in giving you an even better experience when we reopen. I deeply appreciate your patience, support, and understanding.
